In his classes, Stan offers high school music teachers and their students proven models of work that teachers can use to expand their programs to address the other side of music education, namely careers in the music industry. Stan is excited to share how the music business he curriculum, developed in partnership with a local San Antonio high school, has gotten hundreds of students thinking about careers in the music industry. Stan focuses on constant improvement and goal setting. Using the reverse engineering method, students are required to create projects that range from pitching records to creating pitching games to organizing media buying campaigns.
