Para Binder – My teaching assistants loved this folder It

My teaching assistants loved this folder! It has been very helpful for them in our independent classroom. It is also a good resource when we have substitutes in the classroom. “My substitute teacher loved this folder! She loved thatshe’ could quickly find information about our students. Instead of handing out pages one at a time or putting everything in a folder and hoping for the best, I created a paraprofessional folder containing everything they needed to know. For this purpose, the “To” folder contains a total of 84 pages, 27 of which are editable or subject to change depending on the school and circumstances. This made it much easier for me to add information when I needed it and gave my teachers a place where they could find all the information they needed for the classroom. Because I wanted everything in an easily accessible place, I designed the Para Binder with my staff, I decided to offer it as a resource for other teachers. I really wanted my Para Binder to not only feel included in the classroom, but also to know the students and their needs. “I needed something to help my substitute meet my expectations because it seems like every year I am assigned a new person. This file allows me, as a teacher, to input important information into the IEP. Because I like variety, I created different covers and made the pages editable so I can customize each one. Having worked with a variety over the years, I quickly learned that not everyone is for the same experience and level of education as others. I have been using the Para-professional folder for years, so I always like how it works for others.
