Toughest Interview Questions – How can we avoid this tight

How can we avoid this tight rope walk? First of all, do not try to avoid the question by saying that you have no weaknesses or that you are too perfectionist. For example, if you are applying for a job with an environmentally friendly company, instead of saying that you are passionate about the environment, you can say how you arranged for the campus to be cleaned or how you volunteered in a community garden. If you answer “I don’t know” to this question, it may sound crazy and the interviewer may wonder how long you have been working. For example, do you want to be somebody known as a contact? Or maybe somebody who always has innovative ideas? This is a good time to talk about some of your interpersonal skills. Especially if, during the interview, you come across questions that you don’t know how to answer. You want to give an honest answer, but you do not want to give an answer that will make the interviewer question your ability to do the job or interact with colleagues. If you answer this question correctly, your interviewer will show you that this is a complete package. You can take the time to review your resume and write a great cover letter, but the interview will literally get you there and can be very stressful. Your interviewer doesn’t have much time to talk to you and doesn’t want to hear your life story. Even if you don’t have a lot of work experience, your knowledge, your involvement on campus, your extracurricular activities and your passion for potential employers are very important. While it is impossible to predict all the questions you will be asked, most interviews will contain a series of questions that you can prepare for in advance. The best way to answer this question, especially as a newcomer, is to focus on learning and gaining experience.
