I can also recommend two mandatory books to help you better understand how resistance can distinguish success from failure. There is no doubt that adapting to the changing situation in today’s world is an important and indispensable skill. I believe that this skill, along with creativity, is what we all have as project managers. Whether you are a project manager or a consultant, you are probably already a resilient person. There are other considerations that come to mind due to the technological changes that people of my generation have experienced. Women, poets and especially artists, like cats, can only be aware of their sensitive nervous system.
